Main Ingredients
- 4 Bell Peppers tops cut off and seeds removed
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese optional
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the cooked rice, tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Stuff each bell pepper with the beef mixture and place them in a baking dish.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove the foil, sprinkle with shredded cheese if using, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
