  • 12 pieces Button mushrooms stems removed
  • ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps.
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
