- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Spinach chopped
- ½ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, and minced garlic.
Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
