  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Spinach chopped
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, and minced garlic.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
