- 20 pieces Cherry Tomatoes
- ½ cup Cream Cheese softened
- ¼ cup Chopped Fresh Herbs such as basil, parsley, or chives
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the tops off the cherry tomatoes and scoop out the seeds with a small spoon.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, chopped herbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Stuff each tomato with the cream cheese mixture.
Place the stuffed tomatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
