Ingredients

  • 20 pieces Cherry Tomatoes
  • ½ cup Cream Cheese softened
  • ¼ cup Chopped Fresh Herbs such as basil, parsley, or chives
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the cherry tomatoes and scoop out the seeds with a small spoon.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, chopped herbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Stuff each tomato with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed tomatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve warm or at room temperature.
