Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe

- 4 bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until softened.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in cooked rice, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
Stuff the bell peppers with the mixture and place in a baking dish.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese is melted.
