Main Ingredients
- 2 Avocados halved and pitted
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes chopped
- ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper or to taste
1. Scoop out a bit of the avocado flesh to make a larger well.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
3. Fill the avocado halves with the mixture.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
