  • 2 Avocados halved and pitted
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes chopped
  • ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper or to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Scoop out a bit of the avocado flesh to make a larger well.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Fill the avocado halves with the mixture.
  4. 4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
