Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar packed
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Strawberry Jam

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  5. Spread the strawberry jam evenly over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the jam layer and gently press down.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
