Strawberry Balsamic Crostini

- 1 loaf Baguette sliced
- 1 cup Strawberries diced
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup Fresh basil chopped
- ½ cup Ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
In a bowl, mix strawberries, balsamic vinegar, and basil. Set aside.
Spread ricotta cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
Top with the strawberry mixture.
Drizzle honey over the top and season with salt and pepper.
