Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup water warm

Filling

  • 1 cup ground pork
  • 0.5 cup cabbage finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and warm water to form a dough. Knead until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. In another bowl, mix ground pork, cabbage, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt to make the filling.
  3. 3. Roll out the dough and cut into small circles. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle, fold, and seal the edges.
  4. 4. Steam the dumplings for 15 minutes until cooked through.
