  • 1 cup Water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil optional

Instructions 

  1. Cut the broccoli into florets.
  2. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
  3. Place a steamer basket in the pot.
  4. Add broccoli to the steamer basket.
  5. Cover and steam for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  6. Season with salt and olive oil if desired.
