  • 1 lb Bok Choy trimmed and washed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds optional, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Trim and wash the bok choy.
  2. 2. Heat the steamer.
  3. 3. Place bok choy in the steamer and steam for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  5. 5. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot.
