Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Bok Choy trimmed and washed
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds optional, for garnish
1. Trim and wash the bok choy.
2. Heat the steamer.
3. Place bok choy in the steamer and steam for 5 minutes.
4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
5. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot.
