Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon dried minced onion
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Place steak in a large resealable plastic bag or glass dish.
  3. Pour marinade over steak, seal or cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Cook steak as desired.
