Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Spring roll wrappers
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 1 cup Cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts, shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
  2. 2. Place a small amount of the filling in the center of each spring roll wrapper.
  3. 3. Fold the sides over the filling, then roll up tightly. Seal the edges with a bit of water.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
