Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Pasta any variety
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Green Peas fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Asparagus cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 Lemon zested and juiced
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add the green peas and asparagus to the skillet. Cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to combine.
  5. 5. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, and chopped basil. Toss to combine.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
