Spiralized Daikon Rice Noodle Bowl Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 large Daikon radish spiralized
- 200 g Rice noodles
- 1 cup Carrots julienned
- 1 cup Cucumber julienned
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine spiralized daikon, carrots, and cucumber.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic.
4. Add cooked rice noodles to the vegetable mixture. Pour dressing over and toss to combine.
5. Garnish with chopped cilantro and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
