Instructions
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a blender, combine spinach, walnuts, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
3. Toss the cooked pasta with the spinach walnut pesto until well coated.
4. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
