Ingredients 

Pesto

  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • ½ cup Walnuts
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Pasta

  • 12 oz Pasta of your choice

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine spinach, walnuts, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Toss the cooked pasta with the spinach walnut pesto until well coated.
  4. 4. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
