Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 4 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to soften.
  4. 4. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  5. 5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
