  • 6 cups Fresh Spinach washed and dried
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top before serving.
