Spinach Ricotta Stuffed Shells

Main Ingredients
- 20 pieces Jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups Ricotta cheese
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese divided
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 package Frozen spinach thawed and drained
- 1 large Egg beaten
- 2 cups Marinara sauce
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, ½ cup mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, egg, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture and place in a baking dish.
Pour marinara sauce over the shells and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
