Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 20 pieces Jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package Frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, ½ cup mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, egg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture and place in a baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the shells and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
