Instructions
1. Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are tender, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute.
4. Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
6. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
7. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
