Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed
  • 200 g Spinach fresh, chopped
  • 150 g Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a tart pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, feta cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into the tart pan over the puff pastry.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the tart is golden brown and set.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
