Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped spinach, cook until wilted.
  3. Place a tortilla in another pan over medium heat.
  4. Sprinkle half of the feta and mozzarella on the tortilla.
  5. Add cooked spinach on top.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheese over spinach.
  7. Place another tortilla on top.
  8. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip.
  9. Cook until the other side is golden brown.
  10. Remove from pan, cut into wedges, and serve.
