Spinach Feta Puff Pastry Recipe

- 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
- 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
- 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.
In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, salt, and pepper.
Cut puff pastry into squares and place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each square.
Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
Brush with beaten egg.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
