Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cut puff pastry into squares and place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
  6. Brush with beaten egg.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
