Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta any short pasta
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh basil chopped
  • ½ cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, spinach, basil, and cherry tomatoes.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
