Spinach Artichoke Pasta Recipe
A creamy and delicious pasta dish with spinach and artichokes.

Main Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add spinach and artichoke hearts, cook until spinach is wilted.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until sauce thickens.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet, toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot.
