- 1 cup Frozen Spinach thawed and drained
- 1 cup Artichoke Hearts chopped
- 1 cup Cream Cheese softened
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Add the spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Serve warm with chips, bread, or veggies.
