Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 20 pieces Jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package Frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, ½ cup of mozzarella cheese, ½ cup of Parmesan cheese, thawed spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the ricotta and spinach mixture and place them in the baking dish.
  6. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the stuffed shells.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
