Ingredients

  • 1 lb Okra trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the okra to the skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the okra is tender and slightly charred.
  3. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Stir well to coat the okra evenly with the spices.
  4. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat and serve hot.
