  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sweet potatoes, olive oil, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until sweet potatoes are tender and slightly crispy.
