  • 2 cups Chickpeas cooked and drained
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat chickpeas evenly.
  3. Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until chickpeas are crispy and golden brown.
  5. Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
