- 2 cups Chickpeas cooked and drained
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat chickpeas evenly.
Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until chickpeas are crispy and golden brown.
