Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork shoulder, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, sugar, and ginger. Mix well.
  2. 2. Add the sliced pork to the bowl and mix until the pork is well coated with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and cook until fully cooked and slightly caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. 4. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
