Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic, ginger, and water until smooth.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Toss the noodles in the sauce until well coated.
  5. Serve topped with chopped peanuts, green onions, cilantro, and lime wedges.
