Instructions
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic, ginger, and water until smooth.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Toss the noodles in the sauce until well coated.
Serve topped with chopped peanuts, green onions, cilantro, and lime wedges.
