- 4 cups Peaches, peeled and chopped

- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1. Combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper in a large pot.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens, about 40 minutes.
3. Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars and seal.
