Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Black Beans cooked
  • 1 cup Mango diced
  • 1 large Avocado diced
  • 1 small Red Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 8 small Tortillas corn or flour
  • 1 handful Cilantro chopped
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine black beans, mango, avocado, red onion, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Mix well.
  2. 2. Heat the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 1 minute on each side.
  3. 3. Fill each tortilla with the mango, black bean, and avocado mixture.
  4. 4. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
