Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 medium Kohlrabi peeled and spiralized
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add spiralized kohlrabi to the skillet, cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey.
  5. 5. Pour the sauce over the kohlrabi noodles, toss to coat evenly.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
