Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. 2. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
  5. 5. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until opaque and cooked through.
  6. 6. Serve hot with lemon wedges if desired.
