Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 8 pieces Taco Shells
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ½ cup Shredded Cheese
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chickpeas, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
Fill taco shells with chickpea mixture, then top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
