Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe

- 400 g spaghetti
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 500 g ground beef
- 800 g canned tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
3. Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.
4. Stir in the canned tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, oregano, and basil. Bring to a simmer.
5. Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve the sauce over the cooked spaghetti.
