- 400 g spaghetti
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 egg beaten
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 jar marinara sauce
1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
3. Form the mixture into meatballs.
4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.
5. Add the marinara sauce to the pan with the meatballs. Simmer for 20 minutes.
6. Serve the meatballs and sauce over the cooked spaghetti.
