Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Bread Flour
  • 300 g Water Room temperature
  • 100 g Sourdough Starter Active
  • 10 g Salt

Instructions 

  1. Mix flour and water, let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Add sourdough starter and salt, mix until combined.
  3. Let the dough rise for 4 hours, folding every 30 minutes.
  4. Shape the dough and let it proof for 2 hours.
  5. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) with the Dutch oven inside.
  6. Bake the bread in the Dutch oven for 30 minutes with the lid on, then 15 minutes with the lid off.
