Ingredients

  • 1 lb Smoked Sausage sliced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 Bell Peppers sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add the sliced bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add the sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned.
  6. Season with paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  7. Serve hot.
