  • 1 baguette Baguette sliced
  • 200 g Smoked Salmon sliced
  • 100 g Cream Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Capers
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into ½ inch slices and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush each slice with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Spread a layer of cream cheese on each crostini.
  5. Top with a slice of smoked salmon, a few capers, and a sprinkle of fresh dill.
