- 1 baguette Baguette sliced
- 200 g Smoked Salmon sliced
- 100 g Cream Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Capers
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the baguette into ½ inch slices and place them on a baking sheet.
Brush each slice with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Spread a layer of cream cheese on each crostini.
Top with a slice of smoked salmon, a few capers, and a sprinkle of fresh dill.
