Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast
A quick and delicious breakfast or snack option with smoked salmon and creamy avocado on toast.

Main Ingredients
- 2 slices Bread Whole grain or your choice
- 1 Avocado Ripe
- 100 g Smoked Salmon
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper Freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Chives Chopped
Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork until smooth.
Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the mashed avocado. Mix well.
Spread the avocado mixture evenly over the toasted bread slices.
Top each slice with smoked salmon.
Garnish with chopped chives. Serve immediately.
