Main Ingredients
- 1 baguette French baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 200 g Smoked salmon
- 2 Avocados peeled, pitted, and sliced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon Chives chopped, for garnish
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Top each toasted baguette slice with a slice of avocado and a piece of smoked salmon.
Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped chives and serve immediately.
