Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 baguette French baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 200 g Smoked salmon
  • 2 Avocados peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Chives chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Top each toasted baguette slice with a slice of avocado and a piece of smoked salmon.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped chives and serve immediately.
