Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 racks pork ribs
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup paprika
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
  2. Mix brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mix all over the ribs.
  4. Place the ribs in the smoker and cook for 3 hours, spraying with apple juice every hour.
  5. Brush BBQ sauce on the ribs during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
