Main Ingredients
- 2 racks pork ribs
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup paprika
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
Mix brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
Rub the spice mix all over the ribs.
Place the ribs in the smoker and cook for 3 hours, spraying with apple juice every hour.
Brush BBQ sauce on the ribs during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
