- 1 piece Pork Butt about 8-10 pounds
- ¼ cup Yellow Mustard
- ¼ cup BBQ Rub
1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
2. Rub the pork butt with yellow mustard.
3. Generously apply BBQ rub all over the pork butt.
4. Place the pork butt in the smoker.
5. Smoke for about 8 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).
6. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes before pulling.
