  • ¼ cup Yellow Mustard
  • ¼ cup BBQ Rub

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. 2. Rub the pork butt with yellow mustard.
  3. 3. Generously apply BBQ rub all over the pork butt.
  4. 4. Place the pork butt in the smoker.
  5. 5. Smoke for about 8 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).
  6. 6. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes before pulling.
