  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. 2. Boil the baby potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Drain the potatoes and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. 4. Use a fork to gently smash each potato.
  5. 5. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
