Main Ingredients
- 500 g Cherry tomatoes halved
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 tablespoon Olive oil
- 400 g Pasta any type
- 1 cup Basil leaves fresh, chopped
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
Place the halved cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet, cut side up.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Roast in the oven for about 2 hours until the tomatoes are soft and slightly caramelized.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the roasted tomatoes, cooked pasta, and chopped basil leaves.
Toss everything together until well mixed. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
Serve warm and enjoy!
