  • 4 pounds Pork Shoulder boneless
  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • ½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ cup Chicken Broth
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, chicken broth, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, chopped onion, minced garlic, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture over the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
  4. 4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
  5. 5. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
  6. 6. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix it with the sauce. Let it cook for an additional 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
