Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Chuck Roast
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 large Onion sliced
  • 4 large Carrots cut into chunks
  • 4 large Potatoes cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chuck roast on all sides until browned.
  2. 2. Place the roast in the slow cooker. Add beef broth, garlic, onion, carrots, and potatoes.
  3. 3. Sprinkle salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary over the top.
  4. 4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the meat is tender and falling apart.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
